“What we do for others and the world remains and is immortal.”

~ Albert Pine

I brought Tim in to facilitate a key training with my Senior Leadership Team while I was GM at the Crossings. I have worked with many facilitators, coaches and consultants over the years but few if any could match Tim's energy, intensity and ability to cut to the core issues facing a leadership team. Tim has a deep grasp of advanced conceptual models as well as a very accessible and down to earth delivery and the combination enables him to produce tangible results in a rapid fashion. Highly recommended!

I worked with Tim when he was a principal at Stagen and he served as my executive coach. Tim is incredibly personable, an expert in his chosen areas of leadership development, corporate alignment, and innovation and motivation. Tim helped my organization grow from worst in class to best in class with his innovative approaches to maximizing human performance while achieving alignment, intention and focus amongst the leadership team. I wholly recommend Tim's work as he has served as a mentor, friend, and business confidant of mine for several years.

1. Explore Opportunity

Initial meetings are focused on understanding what our clients specifically desire to create for themselves and or their business. Typically this includes discussing current-level scenarios and a vision of what is possible at the Next-Level. Once a mutual understanding is established another meeting is scheduled to begin framing the work.

2. Determine Impact

A second meeting is designed to establish alignment as to the value of working together and its impact on you, your team and perhaps the organization at large. Additionally, we’ll explore future possibilities and Next-Level solutions in more detail. If there is alignment on key points and prospective solutions we will create a more detailed engagement map for working together.

3. Propose and Engage

In follow up meetings we review the proposed engagement map which includes deliverables, timelines, guidelines and financial investment. Adjustments are discussed and made as needed to ensure a successful engagement. Once agreement is in established we will deliver a format statement of work (SOW) and the engagement begins.
