1. Explore Opportunity
Initial meetings are focused on understanding what our clients specifically desire to create for themselves and or their business. Typically this includes discussing current-level scenarios and a vision of what is possible at the Next-Level. Once a mutual understanding is established another meeting is scheduled to begin framing the work.
2. Determine Impact
A second meeting is designed to establish alignment as to the value of working together and its impact on you, your team and perhaps the organization at large. Additionally, we’ll explore future possibilities and Next-Level solutions in more detail. If there is alignment on key points and prospective solutions we will create a more detailed engagement map for working together.
3. Propose and Engage
In follow up meetings we review the proposed engagement map which includes deliverables, timelines, guidelines and financial investment. Adjustments are discussed and made as needed to ensure a successful engagement. Once agreement is in established we will deliver a format statement of work (SOW) and the engagement begins.
